The billing tab contains information pertinent to member billing. The list below provides details about all of the fields on this tab.

• Head of Group If a member is the principal member or family head to whom the monthly statement is to be sent, then select Yes. If the member is a dependent member, select No. All charges incurred by dependent members will appear on the account statement of the Group Head
• Group Head If Head of Group is set to No, select the member from the drop down list to who is the Group Head.
• Minimum Head Select the member to whom the selected member's periodic minimum spending applies. The default value for this field will be the Head of Group.
• Minimum Group Only members who are a Group Head should be assigned to a Minimum Group.  Minimum spending requirements are set for each periodic minmimum group
• Has Credit Privileges If the member and their dependents are entitled to bill to their account, set the value to True.  For Dependent members, the label changes to Has Spending Limit.  If the value is set to True, then the member will be restricted to ow much they can spend in a month
• Credit Limit To set a credit limit for the Group Head, complete the value. Credit limits will only apply to the Group Head. For unlimited credit, set the credit limit to zero.  The label changes to Spending Limit for dependent members and determines the limit on monthly spending, if the Has Spending Limit is set to True.
• Interest Exempt If a member is set to Interest Exempt, they will be exempt from Late Payment Charges.
• Service Charge Exempt If a memebr is Service Charge Exempt, they will no be charged automatic Foofd and Beverage service charges.
• Tax Exemptions Check off any applicable tax, interest and service charge exemptions.
