Import Chart of Accounts

Click on the hyperlink to download an Excel template to be completed for purposes of uploading your chart of accounts.

There are 6 colums to be completed

1. Account Number.  Thie account number is alphanumeric and can be up to 20 characters.
2. Segment One.  Segments are optional and are akin to department codes.  The segment can be up to 4 alphanumeric characters.  If your current F&B department code is '10', by all means use that code or you could change if to 'F&B' by way of example.  Do not use segents for balance sheet accounts.
3. Segment Two. Segments two and three can be used to create subdepartments and are completely optional and typically are not used in the club industry

5. Description. Up to a 35 character description of the GL Account.  Please remove all commas
6. ALCRE
   1. A = Asset
   2. L = Liability
   3. C = Capital or Equity
   4. R = Revenue
   5. E = Expense
