How do I send an email to ALL members and staff?
- Log in to Web Communicator.
- Select List Templates from the Buz Mail 2.0 section.
- Locate the email template that you would like to use and hover over the Action button - choose to Create Email.
- Enter a Message Subject - this subject WILL be visible to recipients.
- Enter a Send From email address - this can be any account email account associated with your club website name.
- Review the message content and make changes to the text, if appropriate.
- Once your edits are complete, click the Save button in the top right corner.

- Now click the Send this email now button in the top right corner.

- Leave the Built-in Recipient List radio button selected.
- In the second set of radio buttons, choose All members, staff and administrators with a valid email address and then click the Generate Email List button.
- Review the recipient list to ensure all looks good.
** Note: You can uncheck recipient names to refine the list, but you must save your changes with the Refine List button.
- Click the Confirm Recipient List button at the top of the page.
- Give the email a final review and click Send Email Now.
